Hi! I’m Monique!  My ministry is helping Pastors and Ministry Leaders go from burnout to thriving!

I’m a Certified Fitness Trainer, Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, have a degree in Human Resource Management, a nutrition nerd, a Pastoral Strategist, a Wellness Ministry Consultant and I’m a POTS Warrior! POTS stands for Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome and it’s a form of Dysautonomia.  I take a Practical Holistic Approach to Training and Life, which I’ve found is the best way to help Pastors and Ministry Leaders go from burnout to thriving.
